The Hayloft has been converted from the old stables giving an authentic charm, with exposed stonework, lovely original beams and a galleried sitting-room.
There is a well equipped open plan kitchen and living room, a sitting room up a short flight of stairs with a view of the lake. A further flight of stairs takes you to the two pretty bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and the bathroom and toilet. Outside there is a gravelled courtyard overlooking the lake with seats and table.
All the gites have a washing machine and dishwasher. There are televisions,DVD books and games. The gardens are furnished. Indoor swimming Pool.
For those who wish to be a little more sociable there is a boules pitch and large garden with swings, BBQ and a fine view of the lake with our ducks and Ebony our black swan. Or you can walk around our fields and see the sheep goats and our Kune Kune pig- there are 27 acres for you to enjoy.

This is ideal for families. The pool is next door and there is a large garden for the children to play.
Cleaning
Please leave the Gites as clean and tidy as when you arrive.
All dishes should be clean and put away and beds stripped.
If you prefer the cleaning to be done for you an additonal charge of £30 will be made, please let us know.
